The septic tank is located, and excavated if needed.  Once opened the tank is mixed and then pumped.  If we see any issues such as cracks, roots, or a bad outlet tee will let you know. If you have an effluent screen which is generally in tanks after 1999 we will let you know if it needs serviced.

All installations or repairs on septic tanks or drain fields must be accompanied by a Permit from the Environmental Health section of the local Health Department.  Estimates are given based on permit requirements.  Distribution boxes DO NOT require a permit.

A video camera inspection can help check for roots and blockages in outlet pipes, and distribution boxes.

An inspection is an objective evaluation of each component of the system.  The inspection leads to a conclusion of the current functionality and overall condition of the system.  The report will deem the system as satisfactory or informs the buyer/seller the need of component repair or replacement.  This knowledge gives both parties an ability to negotiate the cost of the repair.
